Prior to their current position, Hogreffe worked as the Head of Virtual Clinical Trials at LEO Innovation Lab, where they focused on improving the efficiency and speed of clinical trials through digital and remote innovations. Rasmus also co-founded Patiro - Patient Recruitment, the first data-driven patient recruitment company, and served as its Founder and Board Member. Rasmus obtained a BSc and MSc in Medicine with an industrial specialization from Aalborg University, with the former completed from 2006 to 2009, and the latter from 2009 to 2011. In 2018 and 2019, they pursued an Executive Master of Business Administration (EMBA) with a specialization in Strategic Thinking, Advanced Corporate-Level Strategy & Startup Entrepreneurship from the Quantic School of Business and Technology. Furthermore, in 2016, they completed a Teambuilding instructor program at BFTL. Earlier in their education, from 2004 to 2006, Rasmus studied Biomedical Engineering at Aalborg University, and from 2000 to 2003, they attended Aalborg HTX, although the specific degree and field of study during these periods are unknown.
