Shannon Stevens

Shannon Stevens currently serves as the Senior Director of Human Resources at Urgent Care Group since February 2024. Previously, Shannon held various positions at SpecialtyCare, including Director of Reporting and Analytics, Director of Human Resources, and Manager of Human Resources from August 2007 to January 2024. Shannon began the professional journey at Renal Care Group as a Compensation Analyst/HRIS Analyst from April 1999 to June 2007. Academically, Shannon obtained a Master of Science in Human Relations/Organizational Management and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology, both from Cumberland University, with completion dates in 1999 and 1997, respectively.
