Jeanne Raney

Jeanne Raney has a diverse and extensive work experience. Jeanne'smost recent role was as the Vice President of People Operations at MedAcuity, where they were a member of the executive team and responsible for maturing the People Operations function for future growth. Prior to that, they served as the Vice President of People Operations at GreenPages Technology Solutions, where they led the HR function for a 200+ person organization with multiple locations, implemented systems and processes, and fostered a positive company culture. Jeanne also worked at PAREXEL, where they held various positions including Director of HR, Director of Human Resources, and HR Manager, managing teams and being part of the HR leadership team for the Americas. Earlier in their career, they worked as the Director of Human Resources at Ascend Consulting and MKTG Services, and as an HR Generalist at CMG Direct (later renamed MKTG Services). Jeanne started their career as a Human Resources Manager at Ophthalmic Consultants of Boston.

Jeanne Raney holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Organizational Behavior from Suffolk University. Jeanne also obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in General Business & Finance from the University of Massachusetts Amherst. In addition to their degrees, Jeanne Raney has additional certifications including SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) from SHRM and SPHR from HR Certification Institute - HRCI.
