John Mattuchio

John Mattuchio has a strong background in talent acquisition and recruitment. John currently serves as the Director of Talent Acquisition at MedAcuity, where they lead strategic talent sourcing initiatives and manages a recruitment team. Prior to that, they worked at IBM as a Principal Talent Acquisition Partner and AgileTA Scrum Master, consulting with internal business units and advising on employment market conditions. Before that, they served as Lead Corporate Recruiter at Smith & Nephew, where they managed recruitment efforts for various corporate functions. John also has experience as a Talent Acquisition Consultant at Philips and as an Account Executive at IntePros Consulting. Earlier in their career, they worked as an On-site Manager and Senior Recruiter at Kelly Engineering Resources and as a Senior Recruiter at TEKsystems. John began their career in the hospitality industry as a Front Desk employee at MGM Grand - Las Vegas.

John Mattuchio attended Boston University, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Hospitality Administration. John has also obtained a certification as an NCAA Football Official from the Eastern Association of Intercollegiate Football Officials (EAIFO) in 2011.
