Nathan Richards

Nathan Richards currently serves as the Sr. Human Resources Business Partner at MedAdvisor Solutions US since January 2024, following a tenure as the Director of Human Resources at Flexcar. Prior to that, Nathan spent nearly nine years at Apple in various HR leadership roles, including Senior Manager - People, where responsibilities encompassed driving operational excellence through HR initiatives. Earlier in Nathan's career, a significant period was spent at Best Buy, where roles ranged from District Human Resources Manager to Store General Manager, focusing on employee relations, profitability, and training. Nathan holds an MBA in HR Management from Fitchburg State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Rhode Island College. Additional educational experience includes studies at Daniel Webster College and Coventry High School.
