Sen Deng has a diverse education history. In 1977, they attended Guangdong University of Foreign Studies where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Linguistics and Literature, which they completed in 1981. From 1991 to 1992, Sen Deng pursued a Master of Arts degree in Public Administration at Tarleton State University. Finally, Sen Deng obtained a Ph.D. in Political Science and Government from the University of North Texas. It should be noted that they have also obtained a certification as a Certified Mentor from Mentorloop in August 2022.
