Krysten Kline

Krysten Kline has over 15 years of experience in the aviation and customer service industries, currently serving as a Commercial Account Manager at MedAire since July 2012. In this role, Krysten manages Commercial Aviation accounts, oversees daily operations, client interactions, service contracts, medical equipment orders, and accounts receivable, while also acting as a liaison for the Sales Team and utilizing Salesforce.com and other management tools. Previous positions include Senior Communications Specialist at MedAire, where emergency medical and travel assistance was provided to aviation and maritime clients, and Customer Care Manager at First National Bank of Omaha, where supervision and training of call center representatives were key responsibilities. Earlier experience includes roles as a Communications Specialist Executive and Customer Service Supervisor at US Airways, focusing on exceptional customer service and operational efficiency. Krysten holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from Arizona State University and has studied at The University of Waikato.
