Sarah Pumroy

Director of Marketing at Medality

Sarah Pumroy has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Sarah began their career as an Editorial Intern at Utne Reader, where they wrote blog posts, participated in editorial meetings, and had two articles published in the print version of the magazine. Sarah then worked as a Media Asset Coordinator at Target before joining Birthright Israel NEXT as a Digital Communications Manager.

Sarah then transitioned to DDB Worldwide, where they served as a Senior Analytics Specialist. Sarah later joined ALM, initially as a Manager, Business Intelligence, then as a Senior Manager, Business Intelligence, and eventually as the Director, Business Intelligence.

After their time at ALM, Sarah joined SeatGeek as a CRM Strategy Manager, responsible for developing and implementing customer relationship management strategies. Sarah later took on the role of Senior CRM Strategy Manager. Sarah then worked at Evereden as a Retention Marketing lead before transitioning to Outschool as an Email Marketing Specialist.

Sarah's most recent positions include working as a Data Analyst at Updater, where they drew insights on consumer moving trends, resulting in numerous media placements. Currently, they serve as the Director of Marketing at Medality (formerly MRI Online).

Throughout their career, Sarah has gained experience in various marketing and analytics roles, demonstrating their versatility and proficiency in these areas.

Sarah Pumroy obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Journalism and Mass Communication from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, which they attended from 2003 to 2007. In addition, in the spring of 2018, they completed the Reforge Retention & Engagement series at Reforge.
