Akash Gupta

Akash Gupta is a seasoned professional in project and program management with extensive experience in customer experience management and software solutions. Currently serving as a Senior Program Manager at Medallia since December 2021, Akash is responsible for technical feasibility assessments, project leadership, and client requirement gathering for high-end Medallia systems. Prior to this, Akash held various roles at Etech Global Services from 2015 to 2021, including Associate Project Lead and Engagement Manager, focusing on client engagement and technical project management. Earlier experience includes account management in a family business and a role as a Programmer Analyst at Cognizant Technology Solutions, where project design and development were key responsibilities. Akash holds an MBA in Information Technology and Marketing from the University of Rajasthan and two B.Tech degrees in Computer Engineering and Computer Science from Amrita School of Engineering.
