Andrew Olmsted

Andrew Olmsted is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in engagement management and customer success. Currently serving as Engagement Director in Professional Services at Medallia since May 2020, Andrew previously held a similar position at Bolt and spent several years at Medallia as Senior Manager in Professional Services. Andrew's earlier roles include Managing Director at BlackTieFlow, where brand image and presence were developed, and various positions at media organizations such as Big Ten Network Student U and WOLV-TV, focusing on production and operations. Andrew gained initial research experience as a Market Statistics Research Intern at the Motion Picture Association and as a Research Assistant at the Undergraduate Research Opportunities Program. Andrew holds a B.S. in Economics with a focus on Data Mining and Information Analysis Informatics from the University of Michigan.
