Brian Ward

Brian Ward is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in software engineering and engineering management. Currently serving as Senior Director of Software Engineering at Medallia since January 2023, Brian has also held multiple senior leadership roles at VHT since June 2011, including Senior Director of Engineering and Director of Software Development, focusing on cloud-based virtual queuing solutions. Prior positions include roles at Rosetta as Technology Manager, and various architectural and consulting positions at Farmers Insurance, Bristol West Insurance Group, Progressive Insurance, and others since the mid-1990s. Brian holds a BS in Mathematics and Computer Science from Rhodes College and has a rich history of mentoring and leading teams in designing and implementing complex software solutions.
