Chris Rey serves as the Director of Solutions Engineering at Medallia, leading teams in delivering comprehensive client solutions and acting as a trusted advisor throughout the sales cycle since February 2018. Previously, Chris held various roles at Medallia, including Senior Solutions Engineer and Sr. Manager of Enterprise Solution Delivery, showcasing strong expertise in customer experience (CX) program guidance, strategic advisory, and operational excellence. Before Medallia, Chris contributed to customer success at Crownpeak and managed significant accounts at Signpost. In addition to professional roles, Chris has actively participated in organizations such as the Customer Experience Professionals Association and California State University - East Bay, advising on strategic CX programs. Chris holds a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from the University of Oregon.
