Emily Davis

Emily Davis is a seasoned talent acquisition leader with extensive experience in global recruitment strategies, currently serving as Vice President of Global Talent Acquisition at Medallia since August 2016. At Medallia, Emily has led various initiatives, overseeing talent acquisition across multiple regions and business units, including Global Go-To-Market strategy. Prior to Medallia, Emily held leadership positions at Adecco Group and The BOSS Group, focusing on branch management, new business development, and recruitment. Early in their career, Emily gained experience in sales and marketing at TrialGraphix and NBC. Emily holds a B.A. in Philosophy from the University of Maryland and has attended Macquarie University.
