Heather Jin

Heather (Hui) Jin serves as the Global Head of Social Impact and Sustainability at Medallia, where responsibilities include leading the corporate social impact initiative, Medallia.org, and overseeing sustainability efforts. Previously, Heather founded and scaled the social impact arm, successfully implementing user-centered solutions for Fortune 500 clients in professional services. Additional experience includes a board membership at Girls Inc. of St. Louis, a systems engineering role at GE Aviation focused on quality assurance for the Boeing KC-46 aircraft, and a practicum project lead position at Olin Business School, recommending best practices for online education. Education includes a Bachelor of Science in Systems Engineering with a focus on Environmental Engineering from Washington University in St. Louis.
