Johann Narvekar

Johann Narvekar is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product support and partner success, currently serving as Senior Director, Product Support & Partner Success at Medallia since August 2015. In this role, Johann has transformed the international Product Support organization by restructuring teams, enhancing KPIs and metrics tracking, and modernizing the technology stack. Key achievements include the establishment of the India Support Centre, the launch of Premium Support offerings, and the Technical Account Manager program. Johann has also led the International Partner Success function, driving growth across multiple regions and significantly improving partner onboarding and expert services. Prior experience includes positions at Deloitte as an Implementation Project Manager and at PwC as an Enterprise Risk Associate. Johann holds an MBA from Northwestern University, alongside multiple master's degrees in management information systems and a bachelor's degree in computer engineering from the University of Mumbai.
