Steve Murphy

Steve Murphy is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in implementations and consulting within the customer and employee experience sectors. Currently serving as Vice President of Implementations at Medallia since December 2011, Steve has significantly contributed to the company's leading role in the enterprise experience platform market. Prior roles include General Manager for both Professional Services in Technology & B2B Verticals and Financial Services at Medallia, along with progressive positions at Seifel Consulting and bae urban economics. Steve began a career in education as a High School English Teacher and earned a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Stanford University, a Master's degree in City Planning from the University of California, Berkeley, and participated in studies at University College Dublin.
