Tarun Sharma is a seasoned software engineering leader with extensive experience in driving innovation and team performance across various technology companies. Currently serving as Director of Software Engineering at Medallia, Tarun launched the India Dev Center to enhance the Enterprise Experience Management System's development. Previously, at BMC Software, Tarun managed AI/ML development and led high-profile programs, providing updates to executive leadership. Tarun's career also includes significant roles at HCL Technologies, Capgemini, and STMicroelectronics, where accomplishments include automating operations, optimizing data processing, and successful application management. Tarun holds a Master of Computer Applications from Thapar Institute of Engineering & Technology and a Bachelor of Computer Applications from Maharshi Dayanand University.
