Joe Duffy

Joe Duffy's work experience begins with their current role as the Vice President of Design Engineering at MedAlliance Swiss Medical Technology, which they started in 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Medtronic from 2007 to 2023, holding various positions such as Senior Director of Engineering Structural Heart & Aortic, Director of Global Quality Structural Heart & Aortic, Director of Research and Development Peripheral Vascular Drug Coated Balloons, Senior Engineering Manager Peripheral Vascular, Engineering Manager Peripheral Vascular, Principal Engineer DA Vascular, and Sr. Engineer coronary vascular. Before joining Medtronic, Joe worked at Abbott Nutrition from 2004 to 2007, where they were involved in the CAPA Program and Engineering roles. Their earliest work experience was at Lagan Group from 2001 to 2004, where they worked in Manufacturing.

Joe Duffy attended Stanford University from 2014 to 2016, where they completed a program in Advanced Program Management. Prior to that, from 2004 to 2007, they obtained a Master of Science degree in Operations Management from Dublin City University. Joe completed their Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechatronic Product Development Engineering at Dundalk Institute of Technology from 1998 to 2002. In addition, from 1998 to 2000, they earned a diploma in Electronics Product Development from DKIT.
