Michael Morgan

Michael Morgan is an experienced business leader with a substantial background in managing and developing client-specific strategies across various industries. As Managing Director at Medallion Partners from January 2018 to April 2020, responsibilities included overseeing daily business operations and fostering client relationships. Prior to this, Michael served as Senior Principal at a boutique organizational development firm and founded Wildly Co., a direct-to-consumer ecommerce start-up. Earlier career roles included Business Area Manager at Trane Technologies and Business Development in Security Technologies at Ingersoll Rand, both of which emphasized strategic planning and client growth.
