Michael Morgan

Michael Morgan is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in organizational development and business strategy. Currently serving as Vice President and Managing Director at Medallion Partners since January 2018, Michael focuses on delivering business results, leading teams, and fostering client relationships. Previously, as a Senior Principal, Michael utilized market knowledge and leadership experience to drive business improvements for clients. Michael also co-founded Wildly Co., a direct-to-consumer ecommerce startup, and held key roles at Trane Technologies and Ingersoll Rand, where strategic development and market analysis were critical to driving growth. A Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Marketing was earned from Indiana Wesleyan University.
