Kenny Burgess has a long and varied work experience. Kenny began their career in 1991 as an Associate Manager and Corporate Trainer at Applebee's. In 1994, they moved to MCI Telecommunications Corporation, where they held the roles of Customer Service/Escalations/Sales Supervisor/Converged Cable Supervisor. In 2005, they joined Charter Communications as an Executive Escalations Supervisor. In 2013, they moved to Windstream Communications, where they were the Manager-Project Coordination. In 2018, they took on the role of Operations Manager/Business Process Outsourcing at Morley. Most recently, in 2019, they joined Medals of America as the Director of Business Development and Director of Customer Care.
Kenny Burgess recently graduated from the University of Phoenix with a BS in Business Project Management. Prior to that, they attended Easley Sr High School.
