Dirk Kirsten

Dirk W. Kirsten, PhD, currently serves as Group CFO and a member of the Executive Management Board at Medartis since March 2021. As a founding partner and owner of FairValue Partners AG since February 2013, Dirk provides independent consultancy services focused on corporate finance and value-based management. Previous experience includes the role of CFO at Heilpflanzenwohl AG, where Dirk built an OTC Pharma business from start-up to exit, as well as CFO and member of the global executive committee at Nobel Biocare. Dirk held various finance leadership positions at Syngenta, Roche, Deutsche Bank, PricewaterhouseCoopers, and SBC Warburg / UBS. Dirk holds a PhD in Business Administration / Economics from the University of Cologne, an MBA from London Business School, and a Dipl.Kfm. from the University of Cologne.
