Joella then obtained a CIM Diploma in Professional Marketing from CIM | The Chartered Institute of Marketing between 2015 and 2016. Before this, they earned a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Cognitive Psychology and Neuroscience from the University of Nottingham from 2011 to 2012.
