Carla Gould

Carla Gould has extensive experience in ATE support across multiple organizations. Currently serving in this role at Blue Eagle Consulting, Inc. since October 2020 and at Medasource since May 2019, Carla assists with various tasks related to patient scheduling, registration, and check-in/check-out processes. At Nuance Communications, Carla provided support for Dragon One Medical Dictation, helping physicians navigate the system and offering guidance on speech commands and editing functionalities. Previously, at The HCI Group, Carla played a key role in supporting Epic Hyperspace implementation, focusing on the ASAP module and order reconciliation. Carla holds a Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse Training degree from Brown Mackie College.
