Caitlin Ferguson

Caitlin Ferguson has extensive work experience in communications, with a focus on media relations and strategic communication strategies. Caitlin currently holds the position of Director of Communications and Stakeholder Relations at Medavie Health Services, where they oversee all communications activities. Prior to this role, Caitlin has held various communication roles at Medavie and Nova Scotia Power, where they developed and executed effective communication strategies to enhance brand reputation and improve the wellbeing of Canadians. Caitlin is experienced in media relations, thought leadership initiatives, and serving as a media contact. Caitlin has a strong background in communications, with a focus on healthcare and energy sectors.

Caitlin Ferguson earned a Bachelor of Public Relations degree with a co-operative education focus from Mount Saint Vincent University from 2007 to 2011. In addition, they obtained a certification as a Change Management Professional from Prosci in April 2018.
