Gabriella Barnard

Gabriella Barnard has a strong background in talent acquisition and culture management, with significant experience spanning various roles in multiple companies. At Medbelle, Gabriella held positions as Head of Culture and Talent, Senior Culture and Talent Manager, and Senior Talent Partner from June 2023 to March 2025. Prior to this, at Clue by Biowink, Gabriella served as Senior Manager Talent Acquisition from February 2022 to April 2023. Gabriella began her career in recruitment at Meet as a Senior Recruitment Consultant and progressed through roles at Darwin Recruitment, including Executive Recruitment Consultant, Recruitment Consultant, and Delivery Consultant from August 2018 to January 2021. Earlier experience includes working as an Inside Sales Representative at BESTSELLER GmbH.
