Shane Piers

Shane Piers has a diverse work history spanning over 25 years. Shane began their career as the President of TCT Machine in 1995 and held this role until 2003. Following that, Shane joined Innotec as an Engineering Manager, Project Manager, and Launch Leader, staying with the company until 2009. In 2009, they transitioned to VentureSource as a Business Unit Manager and worked there until 2011. Shane then joined Autocam as a Product Manager and remained in that role until 2016. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Engineering at Medbio, LLC, a role they started in December 2016 and then transitioned to Director of Operations in February 2022.

Shane Piers obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business from Rutgers University - Newark in 2008. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering (BSME) from the University of Michigan, which they pursued from 1990 to 1995. In addition to their formal education, they obtained the Lean Champion certification from GRCC Workforce Training in September 2013 and the Six Sigma Greenbelt certification from Villanova University in August 2011.
