Jennifer Sernaker-Tytel

Jennifer Sernaker-Tytel is currently the Chief Legal Officer at Medcan, with previous experience as VP and Chief Legal Officer at Toys"R"Us Canada. Prior to that, Jennifer worked as a General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at Goodmans LLP. Jennifer's expertise lies in corporate, commercial, and securities law, with a focus on legal and regulatory compliance matters. Jennifer holds a LLB from York University - Osgoode Hall Law School and a B.Sc. in Psychology and Semiotics from the University of Toronto.
