Jamilet Alegria

Dr. Jamilet Alegria has a wealth of experience in the field of pediatrics. Jamilet is a Pediatrician specializing in telemedicine and has worked for various companies in this capacity. From January 2023 till present, they have been employed at Transcarent as a Pediatrician and Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Pediatrics. Prior to that, from October 2019, Dr. Alegria worked as an Urgent Care Pediatrician at Children's Healthcare of Atlanta. In 2020, they were a Senior Medical Consultant at Medcase. From September 2019, they worked as a Pediatrician providing telemedicine services for children in multiple states through Blueberry Pediatrics. Before that, they worked as a Travel Consultant at Global On Demand Travel, LLC from July 2019. Between January 2023 and March 2023, they also held a position as a Pediatrician in telemedicine at 98point6 Inc. Dr. Alegria has also served as an Integrative/Functional Pediatrician at CentreSpring MD from November 2016 to September 2019. Jamilet Alegria, MD completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Fine/Studio Arts, General and Psychology at Scripps College from 1995 to 1999. Jamilet then pursued their Doctor of Medicine degree at the University of California, San Francisco from 2001 to 2005, specializing in Medicine.
