Catherine Teh

Catherine Teh serves as the Medical Director at Global Care Cancer Institute since January 2022, leading the first standalone outpatient cancer care facility in the Philippines, which offers comprehensive cancer services. Additionally, Catherine holds multiple leadership roles including Director of the Philippine College of Surgeons Cancer Commission Surgical Quality Improvement Program, Secretary of the ISFGS AP Chapter, and President of ASEAN LHC. At Makati Medical Center, Catherine is the Section Chief for HPB Surgery and Director of the Liver Care Center, while also consulting for HPB and liver transplant surgery at St. Luke's Medical Center. Previously, Catherine contributed as Chair of the Philippine College of Surgeons' Committee on Web Development & Surgical Informatics. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Patient Safety & Clinical Human Factors from the University of Edinburgh and an MD from the University of Santo Tomas.
