Bonnie Stephens has over 25 years of experience in case management and employee benefits administration. Currently serving as a Case Manager at Medcor since June 1998, Bonnie specializes in managing accounts to facilitate the return of injured workers to their roles, effectively handling claims, and ensuring optimal outcomes for clients while guiding claimants. Prior to this role, Bonnie was the Employee Benefits Director at the Zoological Society of San Diego from 1982 to May 1998, where responsibilities included the design of employee fringe benefits such as medical, dental, life insurance, 401K, leave of absence policies, workers compensation insurance, wellness programs, and employee recognition initiatives. Bonnie holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Organizational Business Management from San Diego Christian College.
