R. Court Powell

R. Court Powell is currently serving as the Senior Vice President at MedCore Partners, specializing in medical office leasing and investment sales. Previous to this role, Powell worked as a Consultant at Roadway Foodmarts, where R. Court led significant asset dispositions and exchanges, as well as created value-add scenarios for underperforming properties. Powell also has experience as a Broker at Structure Commercial, and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance from Baylor University's Hankamer School of Business.
