Lisa Cox is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in data analysis, administrative support, and community involvement. Since May 2012, Lisa has served as a Network Reimbursement Data Analyst at MedCost, focusing on fee analyses, audits, and market intelligence. In the role of Co-Owner at Bright's Compendium since January 2014, Lisa engages in the buying and selling of used books. Additionally, Lisa has contributed as a Marketing/Administrative Assistant and board member for Professionals in Transition, managing a large member database and overseeing communications. Previous experience includes roles in the Winston-Salem/Forsyth County School System as a library/media center volunteer, as an Assistant Property Manager and Appraisal Trainee at Loftis Properties, and as a Housing Specialist for the Public Housing Authority. Lisa holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Consumer Services from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro and is pursuing a certification in Human Resources Management at Forsyth Technical Community College.
