Michael Fleetham

Michael Fleetham serves as the Senior Vice President of Leasing and Development at MedCraft Healthcare Real Estate, a position held since May 2011. In this role, Michael focuses on partnering with health systems to transition from inpatient to ambulatory care models, leveraging capital, development expertise, and programming capabilities. Prior to MedCraft, Michael held the role of Senior Vice President at Cushman & Wakefield/NorthMarq from November 2000 to May 2011, providing strategic consulting for health systems and medical practices. Michael also served as Vice President at Grubb & Ellis | Northco from November 1990 to October 2000, managing a brokerage team and representing institutional investors in leasing portfolios. Michael earned a Bachelor of Science in Business with a focus on Finance from the University of Minnesota's Carlson School of Management.
