Nicole Erickson

Nicole Erickson is a seasoned project management professional with extensive experience in healthcare real estate and business development. Currently serving as a Project Manager at MedCraft Healthcare Real Estate since October 2022, Nicole's previous roles include CEO of E5, where project management skills were applied to effectively manage schedules, budgets, and risk assessments while raising triplets. At Walker & Associates, from April 2006 to June 2018, Nicole acted as Owners Representative to healthcare organizations, overseeing a range of project management and advisory services. Earlier career experiences include a Project Specialist role at Target Stores and Target Corporation. Nicole holds a Master's degree in Project Management from Saint Mary's University of Minnesota and a degree in Facility Management, Human Development, and Education from North Dakota State University.
