Justin Neece is a seasoned healthcare technology executive with more than 30 years of experience driving growth, innovation, and operational excellence across industries. He has built a distinguished career leading organization through transformational change, scaling growth models, and creating data-driven solutions that deliver measurable value for providers, payers, and service organizations.

Most recently, Neece served as president and CEO of i2i Population Health, where he led the company to becoming one of the largest safety net technology platforms in the country, and guided the company through a successful merger with Azara Healthcare to serve over 1,000 provider organizations and 40 health plans across 49 states and 50 million lives.

Prior to i2i, Neece held leadership roles at IngagePatient, SharedHealth, GetWellNetwork, and Dollar General. Across his career, Justin Neece has consistently delivered strategic impact: scaling growth and operations models, launching SaaS platforms into new markets, raising growth capital, forging partnerships with Fortune 500 companies, leading M&A processes, and spearheading operational turnarounds. His expertise spans healthcare technology, population health management, value-based care, data analytics, and managed services —making him a trusted growth strategist across multiple industries.
