Eric Wynants

Eric Wynants has extensive experience in humanitarian and social services, currently serving as the General Coordinator for Médecins du Monde Belgique since May 2016, overseeing mission initiation and strategic planning. Previous roles include General Coordinator Deputy, Mental Health Coordinator, and Project Coordinator where responsibilities encompassed project implementation, human resources management, and stakeholder representation in the Democratic Republic of the Congo. Prior to this, Eric held positions at RCN Justice & Démocratie and AISBL Diobass, focusing on justice reinforcements and development projects, respectively. Eric began a career in social assistance and psychology with roles at ASBL Point d'Appui and various institutions, complemented by a strong academic foundation in criminology and psychology from Université catholique de Louvain.
