Emma Campbell is the Executive Director of Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF Korea) since August 2023, having previously served as Director at MSF Australia & New Zealand from May 2022 to August 2023. Prior experience includes the role of Chief Executive Officer at the ACT Council Of Social Service (ACTCOSS) from January 2020 to January 2023 and Visiting Lecturer at the University of Technology Sydney from November 2018 to February 2022. Emma Campbell has also contributed as a Visiting Fellow at The Australian National University and held positions such as Head of Government Relations at the Federation of Ethnic Communities' Councils of Australia and Adviser to Tanya Plibersek, Deputy Leader of the Australian Labor Party. Notably, Emma Campbell worked internationally with MSF Belgium as an International HR and Administration Coordinator in Lebanon, Turkey, and Syria, and managed the Ebola Mission in Sierra Leone. Academic credentials include a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Politics of the Korean Peninsula from The Australian National University, a Master’s degree in Asian Politics from SOAS University of London, and a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the University of Leeds.
