Albert Palau

Albert Palau possesses extensive experience in procurement and project engineering. Currently serving as a Strategic Buyer at Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF) since January 2025, Albert is responsible for defining and implementing procurement procedures and strategies to ensure compliance and best practices. Prior to this role, Albert held the position of Procurement Manager at MSF from April 2024 to November 2024, where responsibilities included coordinating and monitoring procurement activities to adhere to MSF protocols. At Nestlé, a tenure from January 2018 to February 2023 involved multiple roles, including Procurement Specialist and Transport Specialist, focusing on sourcing strategies, data analysis, and process improvement. Albert started a career in engineering, with experience as a Project Engineer at INTRA Ingeniería de Tráfico SL. and as a Junior Project Engineer at Port de Barcelona.
