Martine Flokstra

Martine Flokstra is an experienced operations manager and humanitarian professional with a strong background in emergency response and logistical coordination. Currently serving as Operations Manager at Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF) since February 2021, Martine has previously held roles as Operational Advisor and member of the emergency team at MSF, overseeing critical operations in countries such as Nigeria, Jordan, and Iraq. Additionally, Martine served as a Logistician and Project Coordinator, and as an Emergency Coordinator from September 2006 to December 2014. Prior to joining MSF, Martine worked as a Production Manager at Huis van Bourgondië for seven years and holds a Bachelor's degree in Facilities Planning and Management from Hanze.
