Vangelis Orfanoudakis

Vangelis Orfanoudakis is a seasoned professional in the field of international humanitarian assistance, currently serving as the Country Representative for Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF) since October 2023. With a substantial history at MSF, previous roles include Country Director - Head of Mission, Project Manager, Deputy Head of Mission, and Field Coordinator. Vangelis has also contributed as a Distance Learning Coordinator and Teaching Associate at the National & Kapodistrian University of Athens, and held various logistics and communication positions within MSF. An alumnus of Queen Mary University of London, Vangelis holds a Postgraduate Certificate in International Public Policy and has a Master of Science in Health Crisis Management from the National & Kapodistrian University of Athens, as well as postgraduate studies in International Politics from SOAS University of London, complemented by a Bachelor's degree in International Relations and Organizations from the University of the Aegean.
