Danish Crear has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries.

Currently, Danish works as a Change & Major Incident Management Analyst at Medecision. In this role, Danish utilizes ITIL and Agile guidelines to support the development of customized IT Change & Incident Management processes. Danish is known for strong communication and stakeholder management skills, as well as their ability to drive process improvements.

Prior to this, Danish worked at American Airlines as a Business Analyst-IT, where they maintained a portfolio of 300+ Enterprise applications and provided incident, change, and problem management support for the Integrated Operations Center.
