Elisabeth Delgrosso

Elisabeth DelGrosso, MBA, currently serves as the Vice President of Corporate Strategy & Brand Marketing at Medecision since July 2025. Prior to this role, Elisabeth held various positions at CareAllies from March 2017 to July 2025, including Vice President of Strategy, Partnerships & Product, and Vice President of Strategy. Elisabeth's career also includes significant experience at athenahealth as Chief of Staff to the EVP/President of Client Organization, along with roles in mergers and acquisitions at Health Strategies & Solutions. Elisabeth's educational background includes an MBA with a concentration in Strategy and a Certificate in Health Sector Management from Duke University's Fuqua School of Business and a Bachelor of Arts in Public Health Studies from The Johns Hopkins University.
