Ellen Donahue-Dalton has extensive experience in marketing and advisory roles. Ellen is currently the Chief Marketing Officer at VillageMD since March 2021. Prior to this, they served as an Advisory Board Member at Aging Life Care Association and End Well Foundation, starting in 2019 and 2018 respectively.

From 2011 to their current role, Donahue-Dalton worked at Medecision, initially as the Chief Marketing & Customer Experience Officer and later as the EVP, Chief Marketing & Customer Experience Officer. Ellen Donahue-Dalton began their education in 1979 at Dickinson College, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in International Studies. After a few years, Ellen decided to further enhance their knowledge and expertise in the field of Communications, leading their to enroll at Boston University in 1987. Ellen embarked on a Master of Science program in Communications and completed it in 1989. Throughout their education, Ellen showcased their commitment to personal and professional growth, which led their to obtain additional certification as a Forrester CX Pro (CX-I) from Forrester in May 2019.
