After a few years, Ellen decided to further enhance their knowledge and expertise in the field of Communications, leading their to enroll at Boston University in 1987. Ellen embarked on a Master of Science program in Communications and completed it in 1989. Throughout their education, Ellen showcased their commitment to personal and professional growth, which led their to obtain additional certification as a Forrester CX Pro (CX-I) from Forrester in May 2019.
