Customer Software Support at Medecision

Peter Badylak has a diverse work experience in the field of customer support and technical assistance. Peter started their career in 2012 as a Technical Help Desk Analyst at ANALYSTS INTERNATIONAL CORPORATION. In 2013, they joined Adams Communication & Engineering Technology (ACET, Inc.) as a National Service Desk Technician Floor Leader, where they obtained a High Public Trust Clearance and managed a team of technicians. From 2016 to 2018, they worked at ASM Research as an Enterprise Service Desk Technician. Currently, since 2019, they are employed at Medecision, where they provide level one business and technical support to customers, including password resets, product navigation, and issue resolution.

Peter Badylak has an Associates Degree in Computer Applications from Davis College. Peter also has an Associates Degree in Applied Business from Stautzenberger College-Maumee. In addition, they have obtained the HDI Customer Service Representative (CSR) certification from Medecision in January 2019.
