Richard Elliott

Richard Elliott's work experience spans over several years and includes various roles in the IT industry.

Starting from 1998, Richard worked as a Consultant at Modis, where they supported Blockbuster, LLC. From 2001 to 2003, they served as an IT Consultant at Innovative Systems Group, assisting Blue Cross & Blue Shield of Texas with health insurance processing.

In 2003, Richard joined Fults & Associates, LLC / K.B. Fults, Inc. as an IT Consultant for Trailblazer Healthcare, LLC. During this time, they worked on Medicare B processing and implemented data audit capabilities.

Richard then joined NTT DATA Services in 2004, where they worked as an IT Consultant for various projects. Richard supported the State Farm Insurance client as a Programmer/Analyst and Team Lead for the Homeowner Pricing Project. Richard also contributed to the MBNA client, providing support for the Rewards Points system enhancement project.

In 2019, Richard transitioned to Richard Elliott, their own company, before joining Medecision as a Senior Technical Support Analyst. In this role, they provided technical troubleshooting and business solutions for Health Plans and Providers using scripting, database, and web services development.

During the same year, Richard also worked as a Systems Analyst, Cloud at an undisclosed company, where they set up big data infrastructure for security data analysis using Hadoop, Linux, VMWare, and PowerBI.

Richard Elliott has a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Data Processing from The University of Texas at Austin. Richard also holds an Associate of Arts and Sciences (AAS) degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Dallas College. Additionally, Richard graduated from Irving High School with a high school diploma. Richard has obtained certifications from IBM, including the "IBM Certified Solutions Expert - DB2 UDB V7.1 Database Administration for UNIX Windows and OS/2" and "IBM Certified Specialist - DB2 UDB V6/V7 User."
