Tetiana Novokhatska

Tetiana Novokhatska has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Tetiana currently holds the position of SVP, Engineering at Medecision, a role they have held since 2022. Prior to that, they served as the VP, Delivery - North America at Nortal from 2021 to 2022.

From 2019 to 2021, Tetiana worked at EPAM Systems, where they started as the Senior Director, responsible for heading the delivery for the Google Account. Tetiana then transitioned into the role of Head of Delivery for Cloud in North America. During their time at EPAM Systems, Tetiana successfully managed through the challenges posed by the 2020 pandemic and played a key role in business continuity planning and execution globally.

In 2019, Tetiana worked as an Independent Executive Engineering Consultant, providing consulting services in the field of engineering.

From 2018 to 2019, Tetiana served as the SVP of Engineering at Intellectsoft, where they played a crucial role in transforming the company's business model, establishing continuous relationships with billion-dollar customers, and developing internal processes.

Tetiana's experience at Luxoft, where they worked from 2010 to 2018, was marked by significant achievements. Tetiana held multiple roles, including Senior Director and VP Enterprise LoB, where they developed three industry practices and integrated an acquired company into the organization. Tetiana also served as the Global Delivery Director for TS LOB, responsible for delivering $80M in revenue across five industry verticals, and as the Division Director of UBS Development Center, overseeing large delivery streams and driving business development.

In 2007, Tetiana worked at Materialise as the Business Software Department Manager, where they managed the department responsible for 3D printing and software business automation. Tetiana also served as a Project Manager, Project Office Coordinator, and Product Development Manager during their time at Materialise.

Tetiana began their career at JSC Softline in 2006 as a Project Manager and Analyst.

Throughout their career, Tetiana has demonstrated strong leadership skills, expertise in various industries, and the ability to drive business development and deliver impressive financial results.

Tetiana Novokhatska's education history includes four main programs and certifications. In 2016, they attended the MIT Sloan School of Management to earn an Advanced Certificate for Executives (AMP) in Advanced Certificate for Executives. Similarly, they obtained two additional certifications in the field of Management, Innovation, and Technology from MIT Sloan Executive Education. In 2014, they participated in the Executive Program for Growing Companies at Stanford Graduate School of Business Executive Education. Tetiana'sprior experience in education includes earning an MBA in Business Administration from UFMD, LUX-MBA in 2010-2011. Lastly, between 2000 and 2006, they attended the National Technical University of Ukraine 'Kyiv Polytechnic Institute' for an unspecified degree or field of study.
