Tatjana Ivanisevic began their work experience in 2010 at Medicam Inc as a Technical Product Specialist & Service Sales Manager. Tatjana then moved on to Le Groupe RPM in 2017 and worked as a Consultant in Human Resources. In 2018, they joined OpTalent as a Consultant in Talent Acquisition. From 2019 to 2021, Tatjana worked at CIUSSS de l'Ouest-de-l'Île-de-Montréal, where they held the positions of HR Advisor in People Management, specializing in both Executive HR Services and Learning & Development, as well as Labour Relations. Currently, they are working at MEDFAR Clinical Solutions as a Talent Acquisition Consultant.

Tatjana Ivanisevic has a diverse education history. Tatjana obtained a Certificat en droit from Université de Montréal in 2019. Prior to that, they pursued a Baccalauréat en administration des affaires (B.A.A.) with a specialization in Gestion des ressources humaines / administration du personnel, général at UQAM | Université du Québec à Montréal from 2013 to 2016. In 2012, they completed a Certificat en sciences sociales at the same university. Tatjana'searlier education includes a Diplôme d'études collégiales in Sciences humaines, Profil individu from Cégep du Vieux Montréal, which they obtained from 2008 to 2011.

In addition to their formal education, Tatjana Ivanisevic has also obtained a certification as a Conseillère en ressources humaines agréée (CRHA) from Ordre des conseillers en ressources humaines agréés in July 2017.
