Lauren Stancil

Lauren Stancil, SPHR has extensive work experience in the field of Human Resources. Lauren currently holds the position of Chief Human Resources Officer at MedForce since 2022. Prior to that, they worked as the Global Director of Talent Acquisition at Holman from 2017 to 2018. Before that, they served as the Director of Human Resources at Schiller Grounds Care, Inc. from 2016 to 2017. Lauren also worked as an HR Business Partner at Target from 2010 to 2016 and as a Senior Manager, HR at Astrix Technology Group from 2007 to 2010. Lauren began their career as a Corporate HR Manager at Virtua Health from 2005 to 2007 and as an HR Generalist at Merck from 2001 to 2005.

Lauren Stancil, SPHR has earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) from Thomas Edison State University. Lauren has also completed a Master of Science (MS) in HR Management from the same institution.
