Brad Taylor has extensive experience in water management spanning over two decades. Currently serving as General Manager at Medford Water Commission since July 2017, Brad previously held key positions at Eugene Water & Electric Board, including Water Operations Manager and Water Resources & System Planner, from April 2003 to June 2017. Earlier career experience includes working as a Staff Engineer at Brown and Caldwell from June 2000 to April 2003. Brad holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Engineering from Humboldt State University, where studies were completed from 1992 to 1995, and graduated from Thurston High School in 1990.
